Amita Baig
Amita Baig is a heritage conservation expert with over 30 years’ experience across India and Asia. Former Executive Director of the World Monuments Fund, India, she has worked with UNESCO, led INTACH’s Architectural Heritage Division, and authored acclaimed books on Indian heritage.

With decades of Himalayan expeditions, rare Eastern Karakoram ascents, and rescue missions, Brigadier Ashok Abbey (retd) offers deep mountain wisdom and resilience to guide the Sustainable Ladakh Foundation’s vision.
Nita Ganguly
Nita Ganguly is an award-winning educator, author, and climate leader with over 20+ years of experience in innovative, student-centered teaching. She is a Fulbright scholar, TEDx speaker, and a Climate Leader certified by Nobel Laureate and former Vice President of the USA, Mr. Al Gore.
When she is not mentoring educators and leading climate initiatives, she actively promotes sustainability, zero-waste practices, and real-world learning.
- Recipient of multiple national awards, including Best Teacher Award and 99 Women Achievers of India (2020).
- Former Headmistress of Army Public Schools and Chairperson for ASHA School (Western Command).
- Holds key roles in climate and industry bodies, including The Climate Reality Project India and MSME Chamber of Commerce.
- Author of environmental books and contributor to global sustainability and education initiatives.
Dr Gurudas Nulkar
Gurudas Nulkar is a Professor and Director of Centre for Sustainable Development, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, and a visiting professor at IIT Kanpur. He was the Post-doctoral Endeavour Fellow of the Government of Australia.
When he is not studying the challenges to sustainable development in India, he enjoys wood carving.

- Recipient of Maharashtra State Literature award and Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad awards for two books.
- Gurudas is on the board of Ecological Society and ACWADAM.
- He is a Senior Fellow of Pune International Centre.
- Member of the Central government Committee on Biomass-based Hydrogen.
Rajesh Kalra
Rajesh Kalra is a veteran media professional and one of India’s early digital pioneers, with over 20+ years of leadership across print, television, radio, and digital platforms. He is the former Executive Chairman of Asianet News Media & Entertainment and previously served as Editor-in-Chief of The Times Group’s digital division, where he helped build some of India’s most influential online news platforms.
He currently serves on the board of Asianet News Media & Entertainment and is a member of the Prime Minister’s Olympic Task Force. His work also spans public policy and civic initiatives, including his role as a trustee of the Raahgiri Foundation.
An endurance cyclist and Fit India Ambassador, he is known for pushing physical limits—most notably completing a high-altitude cycling expedition to Umling La at the age of 60—reflecting his commitment to nation-building, storytelling, and active living.
Dr. Latika Nath
Latika is an award-winning wildlife conservationist and photographer, globally recognized for her work in big cat conservation and sustainability. She holds a Master’s in Human-Elephant Conflict from the University of Wales and a Doctorate in Tiger Conservation from the University of Oxford.
When she is not working on conservation projects, she uses photography, writing, and storytelling to raise awareness about climate change, wildlife protection, and sustainable tourism.
